Use

• Apply in the evening on cleansed skin.

• Face: 1 pump

• Neck and chest: 1 pump

• Wait about 20 minutes and then apply a repairing balm

Build up your tolerance gradually:

• Week 1–2: 1–2 times a week

• Then: increase frequency as needed
